My health coaching service starts with a Free One-Hour Coaching Call. In the call, I’ll ask you a series of questions to establish what your current challenges are and what you would like to achieve. It will also be useful to talk about what you’ve tried before – what’s worked for you and what hasn’t. We’ll talk about what you would like to achieve over the next ninety days and I can to find a way forwards. There is no judgement here, only support. I believe that everyone has the ability to change their lives for the better. You can lose weight, double your energy and become the person you’ve always known you were capable of becoming.

We’ll establish your health goals and find out whether we are a good fit for each other. From there, you can decide whether to go forward with the 90 day coaching programme. If you do, that’s great, but if not, that’s cool too! There’s no obligation!

During your Free One-Hour Discovery Session, you will also be able to decide which coaching plan is right for you. Whether it’s “Feeling Fabulous in Your Fifties”, “Double Your Energy” or “Total Body Transformation”. You may even be interested in a tailor-made health or life coaching programme to suit your current needs.
