Five Things About Me

1. I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.

2. I have a degree in English Literature and a Masters degree in creative writing. I am also a qualified adult-education teacher.

2. I went for my first run when when I was 44. Since then I’ve run 14 marathons, including 3 ultra marathons. I am currently training for the 2020 Manchester marathon.

3. I live with my husband Richard, two teenage sons Oliver and Daniel and our Border Collie Mojo.

4. When I was 21 I travelled in the Himalayas  (over highest road in the world) on the back of a motorbike.

5. Before becoming a health coach I worked for the BBC as a radio presenter.
